Please provide a student card or an official letter on your institution/organization’s letterhead which indicates proof of your status as a Student, Fellow, Trainee, Advocate, Registered Nurse, or Allied Health Professional.

ITMIG Members with membership in good standing register with discounted registration fee. To get a Discount Code click the button below. You will be asked to log in to the ITMIG website.

- If I Join Later, Can I Adjust My Registration Price?
- No, membership for both ITMIG and IASLC must be completed prior to registering.
- Cancellation Policy
- Registration cancellations received via email at meetings@iaslc.org on or before October 12, 2026 (23:59 MDT) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a 50 USD administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after October 12, 2026 (23:59 MDT) will not be refunded.
- Transfer of your registration to another person is permitted at any time by notifying meetings@iaslc.org.
- No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference. In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
- Donations to the IASLC Foundation, LLC are non-refundable and are tax-deductible in the US. Donors consent to having their names and donation amounts featured in IASLC Foundation, LLC materials, including, but not limited to, donor walls, broadcast "thank you" messages, and annual report donor listing.
